Not at all! The Movement Haus is designed for every body, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. Whether it's your first class or you've been dancing for years, you'll be welcomed and encouraged to move at your own pace.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and supportive athletic shoes or dance sneakers. Bring a water bottle and an open mind!

Each class includes a guided warm-up, rhythmic movement inspired by the traditions of West Africa and the African diaspora, joyful cardio, and a grounding cool-down. You'll leave feeling more connected, energized, and confident.

Yes! We offer one-on-one and small-group coaching for dancers, performers, and artists looking to refine their technique, prepare for auditions, or elevate their performance skills.

Community classes are offered at partner studios and community venues. Virtual classes are hosted live online, allowing you to join from anywhere.
